Most orders ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared Paypal payment. If you pay with an Echeck through Paypal, Paypal requires us to wait until the Echeck clears before we ship your order. If for any reason your order will not ship within 3 business days, we will contact you.

All of our products are brand new, and come with a full warranty from the manufacturer. We do not handle the warranty claims, since the warranty is offered by the manufacturer, they will handle all warranty issues. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, let us know and we will get you the contact information you need.

That depends on the situation. If the product has been used, we cannot accept a return. If the product has a warranty issue, you would need to deal direct with the manufacturer for warranty claims. If you simply changed your mind, and have not opened the package, we can return it with a restocking fee. You would need to email us for an RMA # before returning the item. We do not refund shipping charges.

This is rare, but if there was any shipping damage, we would need to be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the package. You would need to email us the tracking number, your full name and shipping address, and your daytime phone number before we can file an insurance claim.

Tracking or Delivery Confirmation number will be shown in your Paypal account. If your item is shipping UPS, the tracking number will not be shown on the UPS website until the evening on the day it ships. If your item is shipping via Priority mail, USPS provides Delivery Confirmation numbers, and those are not the same as tracking numbers. Most times, the USPS website does not show any progress on the packages while they are in transit. They only show up on their site after they have been delivered.

Yes, shipping is FREE on all orders shipped in the Continental US. This only applies to orders purchased here, it does not apply to orders purchased through Ebay.

For Paypal payments, we are required by Paypal to only ship to the confirmed address shown on your Paypal payment. For Google Payments, you must enter the address you want the package to ship to on your Google payment before completing the payment.
